Shipping policy

• Standard UK Delivery (FREE): Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (or Tracked 48 depending on parcel size). Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 business days from dispatch.
• Express UK Shipping Upgrade: Need your botanical gifts sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout to have your order sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (or Tracked 24). Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Please note: Shipping charges for Express upgrades are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel weight and size. You will only ever be charged a single flat rate per order.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

To ensure international tax, customs clearance, and VAT requirements (such as EU IOSS) are handled smoothly without unexpected fees at your door, all international orders are processed through my Etsy shop.

If you are visiting from outside the UK, please head over to Adventures in Print on Etsy to place your order for seamless global shipping.

Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been packed and handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a email notification letting you know your botanical treasures are on their way.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email (UK orders), please reach out via the Contact Page and I'll be happy to track it down.
