Inspired by daily walks beneath our doorstep oak tree here in Norfolk, this design captures oak's distinctive lobed leaves and textured acorns in their full autumn glory. The colour palette moves from lingering greens through warm olives and ambers to rich oranges and deep browns - exactly as oak transitions through the season.
The original design was carefully hand-carved into linoleum in my Norfolk studio, with every leaf vein and acorn cap cut by hand. The subtle irregularities you see in the line work are the authentic marks of traditional printmaking, preserved through digital printing to bring you cards that celebrate both craft and nature.
A charming correspondence set designed for thoughtful hand-written notes, thank yous, and seasonal greetings. Each card features rich botanical detail inspired by original hand-carved linocut art.

Every design begins as an original hand-carved lino block in my Norfolk studio shed before moving to my digital workspace, where I spend hours meticulously isolating carved lines and hand-painting intricate colour layers.
