A luminous celebration of Wales' national flower, carved in my Norfolk studio with the golden optimism of early spring. The daffodil - that first brave herald of warmer days - captured in all its trumpet-bearing glory. Featuring bold yellow petals against a backdrop of sword-like leaves in soft teals and corals, creating a design that feels both botanical and painterly. There's something wonderfully hopeful about daffodils, the way they push through late winter soil and fill hedgerows with sunshine.
